Jan Krokos is an entrepreneur and AI systems builder. He built and scaled an ecommerce business to 7 figures in his late teens before exiting. He also built an AI app that reached 16,000 users, which he later sold.
In 2022, he taught himself programming and went deep into software, automation, and AI. Since then, he has built dozens of apps, automations, and agentic systems designed to solve real world problems.
Today, Jan leads Operationify with a simple mission: helping people use AI to unlock more freedom, agency, and self-authorship.
